DERWA is a Joint Powers Agency, operated and maintained using the resources of East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) and Dublin San Ramon Services District (DSRSD), including their “enterprise systems.” SB 272 (Hertzberg) added a new mandate to the Public Records Act which requires every local government agency to inventory all software systems the agency uses to determine which need to be included in a published Enterprise System Catalog. This document complies with the requirements of SB272.
